為貫徹落實《安全生產法》和突發事件應急演練的相關要求，增強發生火災時員工的疏散逃生能力，常熟滌綸有限公司於2月11日組織了應急疏散演練。聚酯事業部、利達事業部於當日12:00、13:00有序進行演練，兩事業部共有357名員工參與演練。
Before the drill, all relevant personnel such as the drill command group, emergency evacuation group, and rescue alert group should be on duty, with clear division of labor and respective responsibilities. After the drill started, the polyester business unit signaled a sudden power outage and activated the emergency alarm system. The Lida business unit received emergency broadcast evacuation instructions, and each team leader quickly organized employees to gather and evacuate to a safe area according to evacuation signs. On site staff guided evacuation at each staircase entrance. After the employees arrived at the assembly point, the team leader immediately called to confirm the number of people and reported the evacuation situation to the emergency rescue commander. The evacuation time for the polyester business unit was about 1 minute and 50 seconds, and for the Lida business unit it was about 2 minutes and 10 seconds.
演練結束後，董事長兼總經理程建良對演練的整體效果給予了肯定，同時指出了部分員工在演練中態度鬆懈、缺乏緊迫感的問題。他重申了火災疏散點和安全生產的重要性，要求全體員工隨時繃緊安全這根繩子。
這次演練有效檢驗了公司安全生產應急計畫的實用性，進一步增強了員工的消防安全意識，提高了全體員工緊急情況下的疏散配合能力，為公司安全生產工作奠定了堅實的實踐基礎。
